Navigational information is used to operate and improve our website, to facilitate participation in Pickleball Passport LLC tournaments, and to provide personalized information.

We do all we can to not link your navigation on our website to contact information about other visitors or customers.

We expect no sensitive data to hit Pickleball Passport servers. We do not request or require such intermediary to store, retain or use billing information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. We reserve the right to disclose personally-identifiable information of our customers or visitors if required by law or if we reasonably believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a court order.

PREFERENCED COMMUNICATION

We intend to offer customers and visitors who provide contact information a means to choose how we use the information provided. We intend that you may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by using the "unsubscribe" link on our marketing e-mails. We intend that you may also send a request about your communication preferences to us. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional e-mails related to their account with us or related to our services.
